RETURN POLICY
Faviamo offers a 30-day return policy for all orders placed on our official website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return, subject to the following terms and conditions:
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of order placement.
- Products must be in "New" condition, include all original packaging, and be returned with all accessories. Faviamo reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. For items purchased with free standard shipping, the actual shipping cost will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must prepay all associated charges.
- Customers bear all risk of loss or damage to products during return transit to Faviamo.
- Returns without a valid return authorization number, submitted beyond the 30-day period, or without proper packaging may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense without refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned items. Faviamo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

- Item(s) to be returned
- Item condition
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with further instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE Please do not attempt to return any item without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. This is essential for proper tracking and processing of your return.
REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed immediately and credited to your original payment method.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS If you have been approved for a refund but haven't received it:

RETURN SHIPPING For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance for all returns.
